Hamad International Airport (HIA) is the fastest growing international Qatar Airways network. Located just 5 km away from the city center of Doha, the airport is used by more than 35 regional and international airlines. This is the home of the only Terminal of the world dedicated to Qatar Airways first and business class travelers.

Regarding your job: With information about flight time, transportation, reservations, hotel information etc. in Qatar, airport services and airline services, is responsible for providing users of Hamad International Airport. It is being done that all airport users receive a high standard of customer service, from the information desk and the services they receive. Are satisfied.

1. Provide high-quality customer service to airport users at all times to continually improve customer satisfaction.
2. Management of multi-product / services required by the organization.
3. Maintain contact with all operational areas and keep policy and procedural changes equal.

Eligibility for Hamad International Airport Hiring –

1. High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education).
2. Minimum experience is required 1 year in customer facing role.
3. Applicant should have excellent speak and write in English.
4. Experience in providing high-quality customer service.

Preferred:

• Speak and write another language in Arabic.
• Minimum 2 years relevant airport environment experience.

Specific Skills of  Ground  Staff –

1. Applicant should have a good standard of spoken and written English language skills.
2. Focuses on customer service and satisfaction.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. You should have the ability to work as a member of a team.
5. The initiative to work independently.
6. A good standard of IT literacy.
7. Strong administrative skills.
